Andi Boblett

Her focus is on supervising operations. She works on location at our restaurants in Arkansas and in training classrooms with our Alabama and Arkansas employees.

Andi started with us as the store manager of our McCrory, AR store. Her dedication to satisfying customers and understanding of organized operational processes led to her becoming the supervisor of our Arkansas operations.

Jimmy cummings

Supervising Partner - Alabama

Jimmy Cummings was born and raised in Arkansas. After graduating from Stuttgart High School, Jimmy joined the US Army, where he served for 5 years. His tour of duty includes one year in South Korea and service in Desert Shield/Storm during the First Gulf War.

After his tour of duty, Jimmy worked in a manufacturing company and rose to level of Plant Operations Supervisor.

He joined the Sonic Drive-In brand in 1997, and joined Lapidary Capital Group in February of 2020.

TREY FINLAY

Supervising Partner - Alabama

Trey believes that it is a proper culture within any organization that is the key to ensuring that employees enjoy coming to work and while servicing the customer with a smile. He works daily to inspire the management team to see the bright side of every situation.

Trey has been involved in the Restaurant Industry for the past 35 years in the Birmingham, AL area including Sonic Drive In for the last 21 of them. He is heavily involved in a local Boy Scouts of America organization teaching youth good core values and leadership characteristics.

Patrick Roberson

Supervising Partner - Arkansas

Patrick believes that fostering a positive and supportive culture within an organization is essential to ensuring that employees are motivated and engaged in their work, leading to an enhanced customer experience. He works daily to inspire the management team to maintain a positive outlook and consistently deliver service with a smile.

Since joining Lapidary Capital Group in 2024, Patrick has focused on instilling these values to improve customer satisfaction and team morale.
